Located in Keystone secluded Alders neighborhood. The Keystone Resort shuttle is just steps from the front door. Walking distance to Keystone central is a half-mile. Enjoy complementary access to the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs at the Dakota Lodge in River Run located in Keystone and can be accessed by the shuttle or walking. Close to some of the best Rocky Mountain Skiing - Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge. Copper, Vail and Beaver Creek are all less than 50 minutes. We are six miles from A-Basin, usually open until June. Summit Stage Bus available from River Run to many Summit County destinations such as A-Basin, Silverthorne Outlets, Frisco, Breck, etc. Check the Summit Stage website for available routes.

Walking distance to the gondola of the world-class skiing at Keystone Resort yet situated in the quiet secluded Alders neighborhood.

We love all that Keystone has to offer which is why we selected our home here: 3,148 skiable acres, 20 lifts, two gondolas, the newest is a 8 passender in the River Run Village just a 10 minute walk or take the free local resort bus steps from our front door, largest night skiing operation in Colorado, acres of cat-ski access and a Children's Ski and Ride School.

Plenty of activities for the non-skier - hiking out your front door, snow shoeing, tubing, dog sledding, sleigh rides, ice fishing, and more. One of Colorado's best tubing spots is at the summit of Dercum Mountain at Adventure Point.

Do you like Ice Skating? The largest Zamboni -maintained outdoor skating rink (5 full acres) in North America is on Keystone Lake. Bring your ice skates or rent!

In the Winter often on Saturday nights around 7 pm there is a 10 minute firework display.

We have a three floor townhouse. The ground level is a 2 car heated tandem garage large enough for two cars! The second floor or main level has the kitchen, living room, pull out queen sofa, king bedroom and full bathroom. The upper level or 3rd floor has the master king bedroom suite with private full bath, a second Queen Bedroom, loft with queen pull-out sofa suitable for kids and a full bath with tub. A SoundAsleep Dream Series Air Mattress with ComfortCoil Technology & Internal High Capacity Pump - Queen Size with sheets and blankets is also available upon request.

The living room area on the second floor features a moss rock gas fireplace which generates a lot of heat, comfortable seating and picture window overlooking the valley of Buffalo Mountain and the Gore Range in the distance. Truly a spectacular mountain view. The kitchen is fully furnished with high end stainless appliances including a 5 burner gas range with granite countertop and 4-seat bar for gathering and cooking. Dining room has seating for 6 with 4 at the bar.

Situated in Keystone Alders Neighborhood, you are a short 10-15 minute walk to the gondola or catch the free shuttle across the street. 2 car heated tandem garage and one parking spot outside is complete with ski, board and boot storage in the garage.

WiFi and TCL Roku 4K Smart TVs - bring your Netflix, Pandora and Hulu log-ins. The Living Room TV has basic Cable and Local Channels only.

Heated Pool & Hot Tubs are located in the River Run Village outside of the Dakota Lodge. The Keycards to access are hung by the front door. It is about a 12 minute walk or take the Shuttle outside the front door.

Keystone Resort Shuttle Enjoy Keystone's very own transportation system. All Keystone guests have shuttle access from the many bus stops within the resort. Keystone Transportation offers a convenient schedule that will take you to and from your lodging locations to the skiing base areas like River Run Village and Mountain House Base Areas, conference center and local restaurants. The Keystone shuttle offers a convenient schedule that will pick you up and drop you off almost anywhere in Keystone Resort. Shuttles pick up approximately every twenty minutes, and ride times average about 10 15 minutes. Pick up stations are located all over and you are never far from a pickup station. The hours of operation change throughout the season and based on how busy the resort is, you can call them for more info as it tends to change quite a bit.

Everything is on-call after 5 p.m. And during the summer/shoulder season, so if you need a ride, just give them a call and they will shuttle you around. Our Ski shuttle bus is the ORANGE route we are stop ALDERS 2

A-BASIN TRANSPORTATION:
The Summit Stage Summit County Bus Transportation is a free service. Please check their website for the current schedule. For free public transportation to A-Basin, you can take our Orange Keystone Bus to River Run Center - 2 stops and then transfer to the Summit Stage. If you are boarders you can walk to the center and hop on the bus. From there, take the Summit Stage bus from River Run Village Center directly to A-Basin.

ABOUT OUR HOME:
Newly built 3 Bed/3 Full Bath townhome located at the Alders backing to the Arapaho National Forest. This town home has an open-concept layout perfect for entertaining and enjoying time with friends and family. Rooms are spacious and the decor is welcoming to the skier/rider. The large open-concept room on the second floor gives you an open and comfy atmosphere.

Enjoy the mountainous views out the picture window with a deck out front of Buffalo Mountain and the Gore Range while you cozy up to the gas fireplace. There are two decks that are great for taking in the mountainous valley views and drinking your coffee on summer mornings.

KITCHEN:
Kitchen has all new stainless appliances and provides all necessary cooking items and plates, cups, and utensils for 10. Dining table seats 6 comfortably with room for 4 more at adjacent kitchen counter.

LAUNDRY:
Full size Washer/Dryer in Laundry room on upstairs level and small Ironing board and iron are available.

Two car heated private garage with 1 carspot in the driveway.

SHUTTLE ROUTE:
Winter shuttle service on the orange route is located at the top and bottom of the Alders complex 35 ft. outside the front door. We are the Orange Line. The shuttle operates from 8 am to 5 pm and is on call outside these hours until midnight.

No smoking in our unit or on the decks.

    "Unfortunately, Marina Place is not that well-built, and you get a lot of noise from neighboring units, particularly upstairs from you. Also, downtown Dillon is building over a lot of open, previous parking spaces. They will end up like Breckenridge, with no parking a bad traffic."

    "A couple years ago, when I looked at 20+ properties, my broker (a close friend whose family has owned over 20 properties in Summit over the years) told me the Town of Dillon proper offers by far the best value in Summit. So I bought in Dillon, and he was more than right. Here's why: - 2+ more hours of daylight than Frisco, where you pay a ton of money for newer construction but get early nightfall and cold cloud cover; there's a reason Dillon has older construction: it was built first because it's the best location. Frisco was literally a trailer park not too long ago. - Dillon's on the east side of the lake... the WARM and SUNNY side with kinder weather patterns. It's hard to believe until you experience it over and over again, but it's often sunny in Dillon when it's cloudy and snowing in Frisco! - Compared to the Wildernest area, Dillon is closer to Keystone, Breck, A-Basin, especially on busy ski days when traffic backs up at the traffic lights near I-70. Also very far to walk anywhere in Wildernest. - Plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance, and a walk along the massive lake with the 10-mile range as a back drop literally in our backyard. - Town of Dillon renovation project is well under way. Within a few years there will be an expanded marina and dock, and an enclosed restaurant in addition to the existing Tiki Bar. Project likely to substantially increase property values upon completion. - You get so much bang for your buck in Dillon, nowhere can compete with all the amenities for the price."
