Close to some of the best Rocky Mountain Skiing - Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge. Copper, Vail and Beaver Creek are all less than 50 minutes. We are six miles from A-Basin, usually open until June. Summit Stage Bus available from River Run to many Summit County destinations such as A-Basin, Silverthorne Outlets, Frisco, Breck, etc. Check the Summit Stage website for available routes.

Plenty of activities for the non-skier - hiking out your front door, snow shoeing, tubing, dog sledding, sleigh rides, ice fishing, and more. One of Colorado's best tubing spots is at the summit of Dercum Mountain at Adventure Point.
Do you like Ice Skating? The largest Zamboni -maintained outdoor skating rink (5 full acres) in North America is on Keystone Lake. Bring your ice skates or rent!
In the Winter often on Saturday nights around 7 pm there is a 10 minute firework display.
We have a three floor townhouse. The ground level is a 2 car heated tandem garage large enough for two cars! The second floor or main level has the kitchen, living room, pull out queen sofa, king bedroom and full bathroom. The upper level or 3rd floor has the master king bedroom suite with private full bath, a second Queen Bedroom, loft with queen pull-out sofa suitable for kids and a full bath with tub. A SoundAsleep Dream Series Air Mattress with ComfortCoil Technology & Internal High Capacity Pump - Queen Size with sheets and blankets is also available upon request.
The living room area on the second floor features a moss rock gas fireplace which generates a lot of heat, comfortable seating and picture window overlooking the valley of Buffalo Mountain and the Gore Range in the distance. Truly a spectacular mountain view. The kitchen is fully furnished with high end stainless appliances including a 5 burner gas range with granite countertop and 4-seat bar for gathering and cooking. Dining room has seating for 6 with 4 at the bar.
Situated in Keystone Alders Neighborhood, you are a short 10-15 minute walk to the gondola or catch the free shuttle across the street. 2 car heated tandem garage and one parking spot outside is complete with ski, board and boot storage in the garage.
WiFi and TCL Roku 4K Smart TVs - bring your Netflix, Pandora and Hulu log-ins. The Living Room TV has basic Cable and Local Channels only.
Heated Pool & Hot Tubs are located in the River Run Village outside of the Dakota Lodge. The Keycards to access are hung by the front door. It is about a 12 minute walk or take the Shuttle outside the front door.
Keystone Resort Shuttle Enjoy Keystone's very own transportation system. All Keystone guests have shuttle access from the many bus stops within the resort. Keystone Transportation offers a convenient schedule that will take you to and from your lodging locations to the skiing base areas like River Run Village and Mountain House Base Areas, conference center and local restaurants. The Keystone shuttle offers a convenient schedule that will pick you up and drop you off almost anywhere in Keystone Resort. Shuttles pick up approximately every twenty minutes, and ride times average about 10 15 minutes. Pick up stations are located all over and you are never far from a pickup station. The hours of operation change throughout the season and based on how busy the resort is, you can call them for more info as it tends to change quite a bit.
Everything is on-call after 5 p.m. And during the summer/shoulder season, so if you need a ride, just give them a call and they will shuttle you around. Our Ski shuttle bus is the ORANGE route we are stop ALDERS 2

The Summit Stage Summit County Bus Transportation is a free service. Please check their website for the current schedule. For free public transportation to A-Basin, you can take our Orange Keystone Bus to River Run Center - 2 stops and then transfer to the Summit Stage. If you are boarders you can walk to the center and hop on the bus. From there, take the Summit Stage bus from River Run Village Center directly to A-Basin.

SHUTTLE ROUTE:
Winter shuttle service on the orange route is located at the top and bottom of the Alders complex 35 ft. outside the front door. We are the Orange Line. The shuttle operates from 8 am to 5 pm and is on call outside these hours until midnight.

No smoking in our unit or on the decks.

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is one of the worst you can go to. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE. This school smells super highly of drugs. After being reported many times the school has taken no action but a sideshow they showed to the students about how vaping isn't good. It had no mention of drugs in that sideshow anywhere. This school is also extremely reverse racist. They only punish the white kids. Im not trying to call out anything or even be racist myself but it's not fair to the white kids. For example if a Hispanic kid were to drop the n word, which i have heard a countless amount of times. They wouldn't get in trouble, but if a white kid says shoot outta frustration they get in trouble or even suspend. Its stupid. I've been going to this school for 3 years and i have racked up a list that's 5 pages long with over 100 reasons why this school sucks, and kids should not be sent here. This school has had a ton of fights break out. I witnessed one where even though everyone saw including the teachers and even rhe principal, they all just watched these kids beat each other up. The person who stopped it was a teacher who was inside and saw the fight out his window so he rushed out to stop it. This is udderly idiotic. One of the school counselors is also terrible. One time he pulled me in to ask for my opinion then disregarded me, and proceeded to tell me my opinion did not matter. This school doesn't care about learning disabilities, mental health, or overall education. They only want your money. The teacher's are engaging with each individual student and are very good about communicating with parents when there is good news or bad news. My son had some emotional issues last year and his teacher brought it to my attention and we were able to work together to find a solution. His teacher this year has an amazing way of including each child's passion through music. Every student is given a chance to express themselves.
