About this House

The house is well-lit with skylights and large windows that open onto the back patio and garden, has hardwood floors throughout, and quality furnishings. The available rooms and my room are on different wings of the house, split by the shared kitchen and living space.

Your bedroom would be 10' x 14' and you'd have the majority of a second room for your office, or whatever you'd like it to be, including the closet. My desk and printer are in there, but I'm not using the desk/room right now. You'd also have a full bathroom with a cast iron tub across from your bedroom. Any of your visitors would be welcome to sleep on the super comfy queen bed in the shared guest bedroom.

We start with a 6 month lease, then it's month to month.
