The large kitchen was carefully designed and built to have the same great views while being open enough for entertaining or preparing gourmet meals. The kitchen features concrete counters with two food preparation areas, stainless appliances, Kraftmaid cabinets, and maple flooring.

The top level of the home, which also frames beautiful water views, has two bedrooms and two baths and a large sun-drenched deck that overlooks the lake and the bay. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, has a TV, with private bath including a slate shower and access to the deck. Bedroom 2 has 12 feet of sliding glass doors overlooking Lake Erie, a double bed, and bath with slate shower, and access to the deck.

The 3rd Bedroom, with a set of bunk beds a single bed, has a TV and its own private bath with shower.

A deck at the end of the lane provides a nice place to enjoy fishing and sunsets over the bay.
