    "Crime is everywhere these days. Anyone who seriously thinks that this area in unsafe needs to get out more. Diligence is the key. Security systems should be used and activated. Valuable items should not be left in the car. I live in Riverview and walk a lot around my neighborhood and Colonial Place. I have never felt unsafe. These are great neighborhoods for families and dogs."
