"A ton of people outside all the time, most of them walking dogs. People are friendly and always saying hello. Dogs are welcomed here. I’ve never come across a dog or dog owner that wasn’t respectful or attentive to what their dog was doing. Many people always walking their dogs at the park as well."

"Once you get here (91 fwy, i mean parking lot) its very nice and suburban like. Don’t think you’ll save $ on-a big house here then commute. Think working in WLA & buyin in Valencia #bottleneck Anytime"
