"Our family has lived here for 16 years and we enjoy a quiet neighborhood with considerate neighbors. Our kids say that they’ve always felt comfortable while playing or walking around the housing tract and have never experienced any situations where they’ve felt threatened in any way. We’ve lived here since our children were toddlers and they’re both in their late teens now."
