1638 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 2 bath, open kitchen-living area design with a bonus 12' x 30' library off the living room. Spacious two vehicle carport. Designed for outdoor living with a front porch and a 14' x 28' covered patio in back. Enphase Solar Panels hooked into the grid help you smile when the electric bill comes. 12'x16' shed with electric has some additional storage space, works well for a freezer.

Tenants are responsible for mowing and snow removal as needed. An electric lawn mower is provided for the lawn space which is now quite minimal. Gardeners are welcome! Let's chat about your interests.

Experience living with carpet is essential. This home is primarily carpet and tile. A few pieces of furniture stay in the home: a dresser, a loveseat sleeper couch, and a full size sofa on the back patio. Our previous renter just moved out. We are doing a few minor improvements and it will be ready for you!

    "Floyd, VA is a very cool little town in the Blue Ridge Mts. Lots of music, hiking, outdoor activities, art, organic farms, farmers' markets, and festivals, especially Floydfest held in July. Community is strong here. People are somewhat alternative, which makes it even better! The Blue Ridge Parkway runs through the county, and the land is absolutely beautiful. Floyd has a strong soul and gentle spirit."
