2014, New principal at Check Elementary. Two grades condensed, over filled classrooms. This school has a few fabulous teachers. Floyd Elementary is a very good school. The reading program and speech program are exceptional. I have two children who attend Floyd Elementary, and I must say that Floyd is lacking in a few areas.
