Kitchen and dining open onto a deck with ample room for entertaining. Large fenced yard great for kids or plant a garden. Storage sheds are yours to use. 2 car garage with side parking for a smaller RV. All you need for comfortable living. This is our primary home so we will help you maintain the yard/trees/grass and will work with you to continue fixing little things over time. The home is currently furnished and we are willing to rent it furnished or partially furnished if need be, subject to negotiation and damage deposit.
Available lease terms: min 6 months, with month to month available after that. Furnished, partial furnish (subject to negotiation on rent) or unfurnished. Available early to mid-March 2026. Tenant pays all utilities and wifi/cable. No smoking allowed. No parties. No dogs. 1 cat OK. Owner may arrange yard upkeep (subject to negotiation). 60 days' notice for lease renewal. No more than 2 unrelated tenants (proof will be required), no sub-letting.
