(Free for HSU students) The back yard is very private and fully fenced. There is a lovely deck with firepit, several fruit trees, and a small area to plant a veggie garden or flowers. Behind the house there is a separate, very nice living space that could function as a guest room, office space, etc. Lastly there is a garage/storage space with another small finished room that was recently used as an art studio. Has hardwood floors, office space and washer/dryer. We love this house, and would like to find tenants who will take care of it. No Growing, please. Work and rental references requested. Available November, If desired we can leave it partially furnished.
