Tenant will have full access to all Mill Creek amenities. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. There is a mandatory Hargray contract requiring the tenant to pay for and maintain a minimum of basic Internet and Landline phone. Trash service, lawn care, and pressure washing are taken care of through the HOA. $1275 security deposit. All applicants must pass our screening process ($75 per adult application fee, non-refundable).
