"Godley is becoming a yuppy town full of rich people trying to live out their country dream and moving from the city, making land prices increase so the normal working family can no longer afford to buy land. The developers are buying the land up and handing out nice little 1/2-1 acre plots for the yuppies who will ruin the small town values that godley has."
