This recently updated split level home is conveniently located just off McKnight Rd, close to 279, and with easy access to all that the North Hills has to offer. Beginning August 1 there will be three remaining tenants who are all students (an engaged couple who are both in nursing school and a dental student). We are looking for one or two additional renters looking to move in under a 1 year contract. Rent is very affordable at $575 per month paid on the first of the month. Utilities are paid for by the owners and then reimbursed by the tenants on the 15th of the month (typically $100 per person). There will be a large basement bedroom option or a first floor bedroom option. There is a full and half bath to be shared by two of the tenants. There is laundry, a front and back porch, spacious garage and driveway parking. There is a friendly dog and cat living in the home. We are not allowing any additional pets.
