3 bed/2 bath stand-alone house. AC in wall units installed. Hardwood floors throughout and updated kitchen. Each room is spacious. Driveway and detached single car garage which has washer and dryers hooked up exclusive for tenant use. Backyard has detached ADU with separate tenants.

All utilities included (electricity, gas, water, trash and internet) at an additional flat $200/month (will be included in lease along with monthly rent totaling $3,750/month).

No pets preferred but negotiable for dogs under 15 lbs with additional monthly rent of $100/month and additional security deposit of $1,000. No smoking. Driveway with 3 car tandem parking. Street parking also ample.
