About this House

This cozy one bedroom one bathroom apartment is the perfect starter home. Basement unit still has plenty of natural light and a private parking lot. Large living room with a comfortable bedroom. Unit includes Refrigerator, Stove/oven. Required utilities will be charged at a monthly rate of $175 through our equal pay utility program (subject to change based on usage)

Must have income of 3 times the rent amount
No open or pending or recent bankruptcy
Good previous landlord reference for at least the last 12 months
Stable permanent employment or verifiable income
No evictions within the last 8 years
Criminal background will be checked
The security deposit will be equal to one month's rent ($300 non-refundable)
No Smoking or Vaping
Pets Allowed (Cats only)
