"Quiet neighborhood and cute suburb homes. Home owners take care of properties. Anaheim has its own utilities company for electric, trash, and water. "
  • Trulia User
"I've lived in this neighborhood for 11 years it is quite. just looking to move closer to family out of state. "
  • Trulia User
"Nice neighborhood lived here for 18 years and raised all my kids here. I live close to cypress which is a great neighborhood "
  • Vgarciaberbay1996
"Great to live in super friendly neighborhood. People are nice and willing to help you if needed lived here for many years and everything is close by you can find anything with in a 2 mile radius every one "
  • Nikee.wright
"Dogs are loved and welcome. People walk their dogs all the time. Big backyards and pet friendly neighbors. "
  • Lindadiana.santana
"There is several bus stops nearby. I generally take my car. Everything is about a 10 minute drive. Bikes are welcome, so are skateboards."
  • Kyle
"Neighborhood is very friendly. 4th of July they have a block party and bike parade. There are always neighbors on walks and bike rides with their kids. Halloween there are many kids that go trick or treating. This neighborhood is a hidden gem of west Anaheim. Also a huge plus is the Anaheim public utilities is half the price of surrounding city’s that have to use Edison and other utility providers"
  • Rebecca A.
"Family friendly neighborhood. Parks nearby are clean and safe. Local school has decent reviews. Sometimes there are coyote sightings. "
  • Amasio.tane
"Disneyland and Knotts is close by. So there is tons to do here . Close to the beaches and major attractions. Airports are not too far such as Long Beach airport and Orange County airport. School here are great. Lots of nearby shopping centers and malls and community colleges. "
  • Eileen A.
"It’s easy to find impossible to find parking half the cars never get moved now without street sweepers they never move"
  • Dom C.
"I’ve lived here for 2 years now and am looking forward to moving out. Near Brookhurst Park there’s always police helicopters hovering around. There are a lot of people living out of vans parked on the street. graffiti consistently pops up at night on private garages, sidewalks, etc. I have a female roommate who doesn’t feel safe walking to her car at night."
  • Randy.ramos24
"No drugs are in this area because i go to school here and i have never seen drugs and this thing is too long"
  • Iamcesardominguez
"Great diversity and there’s a lot of remodeling happening to improve Beach Blvd. I like the short commute to work and easy access to all major freeways. "
  • Kay T
"Area is nice, no issues, traffic only around prime time... There's always police around on the streets"
  • Kgtch07
"Holder school is a really good school and my daughter has done very well there. Neighborhood like any other has it’s moments but coming from Long Beach I’ll say I feel comfortable here. "
  • Savanna C.
"Not a lot of outside space or dog parks. Unless you have a home on property with yard space, I don’t think it is ideal to own a dog. "
  • Ashley C.
"I love the culture, could do without graffiti and homeless on every corner. Overall no one bothers one another and nothing horrible has happened to us. We like the food, easy freeway access and coffee spots. "
  • Jesus G.
"Oh yay! It's been nearly a year ago since my family and I have moved out here to South West Anaheim and I gotta say I love it so so much, this neighborhood is amazing! "
  • Sammbamm21
"It’s pretty easy to get along with your neighbors, everyone is so friendly. Most restaurants or liquor stores are at walking distance. The only thing that sucks is the parking and the amount of graffiti that has been happening recently. There has also been an increase of homeless around the area too. "
  • Dainell W.
"There are quite a few transients walking around the neighborhood. They rummage in trash containers looking for can or any thing of value. I do not see law enforcement officers often which is not necessarily a good thing. When criminals know that there is not a good law enforcement presence they tend to do what ever they want including victimizing people in the neighborhood."
  • Eileen A.
"car, fairly easy, parking is a nightmare. Too much traffic and racing around the streets. I constantly worry about kids. dogs and cats"
  • Jessie T.
"I don’t know, I’m not a dog owner. The only thing that would be ok for dogs are that there are sidewalks everywhere. "
  • jos
"One of kind none like it. Nice streets very welled policed controlled. Nice houses nice apartments nest to Disney and near to knots berry farm "
  • Britainbeaty
"Fairly quiet, nice people who stay to themselves. Lots of families, and a lot of elderly walking at night. Over all friendly neighborhood. "
  • Abby b.
"I work only 7 miles away this only taking side streets. But neighborhood is Close to the freeways, 91 and 5. 22 and 405 are also not that far. "
  • Cristinarenales23
"The commute is fair. Though dependent on the time of day, I rarely drive without there being some traffic."
  • Jeff O.
"Not all dog owners in area train there pets well so you need to be careful around people with pets until you know the animals temperament. Generally dog owners do pickup after their dogs while walking and a large park is nearby."
  • Celticjw1
"Safe friendly neighborhood family oriented love this area . Have lived here for thirty years you will love it here"
  • Pedrojacobo
"I grew up in this area. I went to preschool, elementary, high school and college in this area. It’s family oriented and economical. "
