This top floor (4th) loft has stained concrete floors, high ceilings, granite countertops, and a balcony with a downtown view. It features gated and secure entrances, a reserved covered parking spot (best for compact cars), an elevator, picnic area with grill, and an internal stairwell to which bikes can be parked next to and locked. There is a stackable washer and dryer, and the walk-in-closet connecting the main room and bathroom has a nice built-in storage unit.

The location is fantastic. It is a short walk from some of the best and coolest restaurants, bars and breweries, coffee shops, art galleries, shopping, and hotels in the city. You're near several co-working spaces. It's a less than 15 minute bike ride / 25 minute walk away from downtown. The Austin Bouldering Project, perhaps the best gym and deal you'll find in the city, is less than 10 minutes away by car. And it is a less than 15 minute drive to the airport with no traffic.

For transportation alternatives to a personal car, you will find several close-by Bikeshare stations, CapMetro bus stops, and electric scooters. The Plaza Saltillo commuter rail station, which goes from downtown to the suburbs, is a 15 minute walk. Ride sharing is, of course, available. It is generally a very walkable neighborhood (a neighborhood HEB grocery store is close by, for instance), and many people get around town exclusively by biking as well.

Application fee (for credit and background checks) and one (1) month security deposit required. May require income verification and landlord references depending on tenant qualifications. Pets welcome. No smoking in the property will be permitted.
