1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe previous reviews were written before this year. This is the first year that Marshall is a turnaround school and they are making INCREDIBLE strides. Their attendance rate is up by nearly 25%, their hallways are clean and safe, the building has been re-habbed, the new staff is providing top notch instruction in the classrooms, and more students than ever are now involved in co-curricular activities and sports. I will not be surprised if test scores increase dramatically and if a ton more students go to college. Marshall is on its way back to its glory days of being one of the best schools in the nation because of terrific students, a committed staff, incredible alumni and parent support, and the hope that Waiting for Superman inspires. "What makes the neighborhood (Greektown) special is that it has many authentic places that exist nowhere like Artopolis.
