About this House

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor of the building. There is a large living room, dining area, equipped kitchen, bedroom and full bathroom on the main level. The upper level has a bedroom with a walk in closet and full bathroom. On street parking. Close to everything in the Southside.

Tenant pays gas, electric, water and sewage. No pets. No smoking.

1.) There is a $30 application processing fee for each adult, which must be in cash or money order. Exact change only. Debit or credit cards are not accepted.
2.) Photo ID is required when submitting an application.
3.) Verification of income is required.
4.) Be prepared to provide residency history for the last 7 years including property address, landlord/property owner name and contact information, etc.
5.) A confirmation call is required the morning of the appointment by a specified time.
6.) We do not schedule appointments with third parties.
