Application Review: Once received, we'll review your submission and reach out to schedule a showing, either in person or via Zoom.

Credit / Background Check: With your consent, we'll run credit and background checks for all occupants age 18 and over.
Final Review & Lease: Once reports are received, we'll review your complete application. If approved, we'll send a lease agreement electronically for signing.
First Month, Last Month and Security Deposit will be due upon signing.

There is a grocery store, hardware store, pediatricians office, kids dentist and a could restaurants within a five minute drive (15-20 min walk). And the elementary school is just around the block. "

    "It’s a family friendly neighborhood close to everything! It’s unique in that there are 3 bike paths including trails that lead to lake Champlain which is only about 5 to 10 minute walk! Take another short walk to Ethan Allen park or cross country ski there in the winter including a wooden bridge that leads to Ethan Allen homestead. Enjoy craft beers at the simple roots brewery which is literally a 5 min walk. "
