About this House

Because so many who are interested in this unit overlook the fact that there is a NO PETS policy, I reiterate it here. We also have no off-street parking available at the moment. Ok, on to the details:

Freshly upgraded large, well-lit one bedroom apartment, first floor, facing First street.
There is a very large walk-in closet in the living room, big enough to be an office, and an even larger walk-in closet in the bedroom, with a built-in desk/vanity with mirror.

Apartment is in a small, two-building gated security complex in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood in a great walking/bicycling area. It's in walking distance to beach, beach path, park, library, restaurants and shopping. Belmont Shore is 2 miles east; downtown Long Beach is 2 miles west. It's also a great bicycling area with a bike path on the beach going from Alamitos Bay in the east to Shoreline Village in the west, bike lanes on Broadway and other streets set up to accommodate sharing of the road with bikes.

Tenancy is a month-to-month contract; NO LEASES.
Two tenants are permitted in a one bedroom apartment.
No pets or smoking allowed.

Several bus lines are nearby on Ocean and Broadway (east-west) and Cherry and Redondo (north-south).

Laundry and BBQ on site.
Street parking. We have garages but currently none are available.
Manager lives on the property.

NO LEASE. Month-to-month tenancy.
Owner pays for water and heats the water.
Tenant pays for gas, water, trash, electricity.
