"I’m close to the freeway. Highways are easy to access and so are shopping options. I don’t feel safe running errands though. "
  • Trulia User
"I live with my parents with my 6 year old daughter. It’s not the safest neighborhood I will say that much. "
  • Trulia User
"Dog owner would love this neighborhood there’s a huge dog park in the middle of delta park that has poop bags provided."
  • Trulia User
"I lived here for 3 years and I love it here, there is some crime here but way less than other parts of Everett"
  • Trulia User
"Maybe baseball games but that’s the most friendliest place I feel. I barely feel safe taking my kid to a park. "
  • Trulia User
"If I took public transit this neighborhood would be great. There’s a bus stop around the corner. If I rode a bike it would also be great to get downtown Everett or to the Sounder. Easy side streets to navigate. I drive only 15 minutes away so I’m not the best judgement"
  • Trulia User
"this neighborhood is riddled with homeless and crime. constantly hear gin shots and gangs have spray painted out apartments! "
  • Trulia User
"None that I know of. There are movies at the waterfront in the summer and a farmer’s market. This neighborhood is close to the college and I-5. "
  • Trulia User
"Lived here for 10 years and have never had anything broken into or stolen. Parking can be rough if you have more than one vehicle or a truck. "
  • Kassie H.
"There is lots of other people always out walking their dogs, & everyone seems pretty friendly for the most part. "
  • Victoria J.
"Nice little up and coming neighborhood in older section of North Everett. Near downtown and many amenities. "
  • Ruth B.
"Sidewalks intact and parks close by. Quiet neighborhood and most properties have grassy areas. Low car traffic and impressively tranquil for being so close to Broadway (a Main Street). Has a feel of being out on the edge of a city because trees and greenery actually exists and is kept up. Clean and respectable people live here. Would definitely recommend! Come check it out for yourself! Fellow dog owners live here and so it’s a wonderful community for dog lovers. It’s great. Believe me!"
  • adrianna c
"it's quiet mostly. lots of homeless at the park. great for people with kids as we have tons in this area. choose to freeway and shopping."
  • Amanda
"People walk their dogs on the sidewalk all the time. Some of the yards are large enough to accommodate bigger dogs. "

"I’ve lived here most my life but only in this specific neighborhood for 2 years. It’s quiet but too close to the juvenile center and a not so friendly part so could use some cleaning up"
  • Dionna B.
