The neighborhood is in the heart of West Eugene, with easy access to shops, restaurants, bars, commerce and transit. It's walkable and bikeable to most of Eugene and close to bus routes. Located near Westmoreland Park, Gudu-kut Natural Area, Berkeley Park, Amazon Creek and Fern Creek Trail.

We will inform you via email once your application has been deemed complete. Please consult our Rental Overview & Screening info document on the Nest West Property website for more information on what is required to complete your application. If you need additional time to complete your application because you require language assistance, please let us know at the time you submit your application.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets may be allowed (cats and dogs) allowed, but must be approved by Owner/Agent on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional pet deposit of $500 per pet and pet rent of $25/month for each approved pet.

Utilities: Tenants are responsible for electricity, water/sewer, refuse service, plus any desired internet/cable services.

Laundry: Washer and dryer hookups provided for stacker units, located in bedroom.

Landscaping: Tenants are responsible for shared landscaping and yard maintenance.

Non-Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home, and these activities are not allowed on the property.

First-Come, First-Serve: We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $10 per adult applicant.

Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of approval. We may consider brief, reasonable requests to begin the rental agreement later.

    "I live close to the bike path. A lot of druggie/homeless persons in the area. My car has been broken into, my bike was stolen off the second story balcony. Neighbors for the most part ok. But others are in your personal business. "

    "The bike/walking path is convenient to walk dogs, bike, shorten your walking route. Some areas of the walking path are occupied by the transient community, but I have not had any problems with them personally. "

    "I have lived in the Westmoreland area for 2.5 years and I love it! It's quiet, which is my favorite part. 18th is busy, but once you get about a block away, the noise isn't bad. I walk around the neighborhoods nearby a lot with my dog, even in the dark. I feel safe and a lot of the people are very friendly. You can feel secluded, or you can take a quick walk to the store or a restaurant a few minuets away by car. Most properties are well kept and a few even decorate for the holidays."
