Water and Hot water fuel are provided by the owner. Electric is paid by the tenant. The tenant pays the electric heat, but the apartment has partial heat from the building through a floor register. There is a coin operated laundry on site. Parking is on street. Pool access is one block away at our office. Cats are welcome with an additional deposit.
