"Very peaceful, and great natural environment. Family oriented. It is a golf cart community and most of the neighbors are driving one. An IGA is just a few blocks from my house, and it is very convenient. Easy access to 429 and 6 miles to Mount Dora. Love to live here."

"We were the 1st ones to build in phase 3 and we have lived here for 15 years. We love living here. Our neighbors are great. Downside would be that unless you are on a well, your cost of water is ridiculous. There are also quite a few renters now in the neighborhood. We are fortunate that our neighbor that rents, treats the house as if it were their own!"
