It is 1247 sf, fully furnished, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, living room, TV room, built in wet bar, wired speaker system throughout home, washer/dryer, a golf cart, access to three pools, a marina to Lake Travis, hiking in several State parks, lots of nature and tennis courts right outside the front door. It includes water and electricity utilities up to $200 as well. Just 45 minutes from Austin and 30 minutes from Marble Falls. Great for up to four people or for sharing the cabin with other families as a vacation home. We are asking $1750 per month. Pets negotiable. No shedding or large animals please.

Owner's pay for water and electric up to $200 per month total. Prefer a one year lease. Absolutely no smoking. Maintenance of the lawn is included in the price and the responsibility of the Home Owners Association. Pets negotiable. $500 pet deposit required.
