With a full width oceanfront patio and a glass enclosed oceanfront dining area, this property affords stunning ocean views from the living room, dining room and kitchen. One of the two bedrooms has an en suite kitchenette and full bath.

This property has been very well maintained, has a private 1 car garage and can be leased partially furnished or completely unfurnished.

Beach access is at Stone Steps Public beach access (one block away) or Moonlight State Beach (4 blocks away). Other than that it's a terrific location close to downtown Encinitas, freeway access and the Coaster station.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
