All three bedrooms are located on the other side or the back of the house, all three of them having lots of light and closet space. The hallway bathroom is very spacious with a shower over the tub. The primary bedroom is located away from the street and the ensuite features a walk-in shower.

The home is ideal for spending the summers at home and entertaining: in addition to the beautiful pool (fully fenced in), there is a large west facing deck off the dining room and a nice shady sitting area off the living room. The hot tub pictured will be removed.

The home has forced air heating (in addition to the gas fireplace) and A/C. Tenant pays for water, trash and PG&E. Landlord pays for an annual landscape clean up as needed. The house as a spacious two car garage and room for at least 6 cars or boat/RV in the driveway. The home, with it's large two car garage offers an abundance of storage space. The W/D hook-ups are located in the garage and the new resident can bring in their own W/D.

The home is on septic, but otherwise tied into all other utilities, including Comcast and AT&T. The landlord will pay for monthly pool service. The pool is not heated, but the solar pool heater cover will heat the pool up by Memorial Day.

The initial lease term will be 14 months, the security deposit is equal to one month's rent. The landlord requires verifiable income, excellent rental and credit history. Income can be verified in form of W2, 2020 or 2021 tax returns, 2 most recent paystubs or offer letters for new hires are required in order to be considered. Bank statements and VenMo transactions are NOT considered income verification.
