An amazing opportunity to live in the heart of downtown Reading, where you will enjoy ease of access to shops, a wide variety of restaurants, & all the activities the town offers at or around Reading Common. Fall Street Faire, Tree lighting & more...just outside your door! This is not just a wonderful place to live, it's truly a lifestyle where urban meets suburban! This stately home houses three units...this unit is ALL of the first floor, where you'll find a stunning entrance to a common foyer that leads to your private 3 bedroom, 1.5 charmer, where gorgeous wide pine floors, "tons" of floor to ceiling windows, & beautiful wood work, bringing an air of sophistication. The kitchen is updated, & serves as a "larger" kitchen would featuring plenty of cabinets & a bar counter, where morning coffee will be a delight. With 3 spacious bedrooms, there's plenty of room for all...or maybe even a home office. Complete with a large yard & an exclusive side covered porch...it's ALL here! Wow!

"The people are unique and the houses are all different. There are many trees and a playground for children "
  • Adam Graham
"We bought our home here in Reading 13 years ago when our first child was 1. We have 2 now and have been very happy with the schools and arts programs. Lots of walkers and joggers, several solid restaurants and take out places, a liquor store that has the biggest craft beer selection I've ever seen in my life, nice police officers, good road upkeep. I'm very happy to be raising my kids in this town."
  • 4yztwzyc4k
"Friendly people not a lot of noise. Lots of trees and grass. Town forest is very close by. Not a lot of trash"
  • Shauntsullivan
"Plenty of dogs in the neighborhood. Very friendly and most neighbors walk with leases. It is rare but being close to the woods and/or highway there are some fisher cats in recent years. Today a coyote was spotted in the neighborhood. Again, that was reported maybe 7 times in 10 years but pet owners need to keep an eye out for the little ones! "
  • Johnsonle
