Very low crime area tight-knit neighborhood everybody knows everybody away from the main area of Centerville on the outskirts Farm area. not many farms left. closest to the Great Salt Lake and closest to the mountains. lots and lots and lots of Mormons live around here."

    "I've lived here for 13 years never had to worry about crime or anything being destroyed or stolen from criminal activity anywhere here. the neighbors keep to themselves but at the same time or very neighborly. everybody pretty much knows everybody in one way or the other. I do feel safe here and if I left my car door or my garage door open when I went to bed I know it would be safe and the next Warren I'd know that everything's in place and no one has gotten into it."

    "it's almost crime-free we don't have hardly any teenagers living around here. the only school close by is an elementary school. this neighborhood does not get a lot of traffic because there's no stores Etc really close by or where people have to cut through this neighborhood to get to them. this neighborhood is mostly old people and young families. this neighborhood is Pleasant quiet and most of the neighbors are friendly and no matter who you are they will talk to you if you just say hi. there are many police officers that live close by Within shouting distance but if that didn't work someone would come out to see what's going on it's a neighborhood that you feel safe in you can leave your car door unlocked and 90% the time still safe that no one's going to get into it. it is very quiet and pleasant neighborhood in the evenings and night and it is pleasant during the day. everyone pretty much keeps to themselves somewhat."
