The apartment comes with private entrance, fresh paint, new carpets, private patio/porch, and tons of in apartment storage. Ceramic tile bathroom, gas stove, fridge.

The landlord occupies the first floor unit. This is not a party house. We ask all tenants to respect the property and treat it as a safe, clean and respectful home and environment. The landlord will do the same. The landlords are kind and easy to live with, looking for the same in their tenants.

Other Information:
Tenants will be asked to fill out an application through the Zillow portal. If selected the landlords will refund the Zillow fee on the second months rent. Tenants will need to provide a credit score and undergo a background check. Tenants will also need to prove stable employment and the ability to afford the housing.

Notes on the Unit:
The unit is a second floor walk up. Because of the size of the doors as well as the stairwell, a traditional couch or large furniture will not fit. We recommend recliner chairs, loveseats, small couches, or furniture that can be built within the Apartment (IKEA,Target,walmart).

No loud music, live music or large house parties. The landlord will explain more in person.

This is a tobacco free property. Drugs or contraband will not be tolerated. Any signs will be immediately notified to local law enforcement.

Parking: Please Read

Street parking only from mid March to mid November (Spring, Summer, Fall). Kenmore has a winter parking ban. During this ban One parking space will be provide for night time parking during this town ban. The parking ban is from 2am to 6am. Street parking must be utilized as much as possible during the winter season, landlord will work with you as much as possible.

That all changed once harmony communities bought the place . Once they bought it you are not treated like a tenant you are treated like property, they have made up rules on the fly , purposely fine you without any notification increase rent to the max every year with no justification, try to implement illegal extra charges . The management is a dictatorship along with his boss who will never call you back on a complaint or fix any bad situation. Horrible place to live, Horrible management. "

The neighborhood is very diverse, I’m white and a lesbian. We have “traditional” white families and also many new homeowners are immigrants from around the world. There’s a new playground in the area also a Boys & Girls Club that is great for after school care. We are within walking distance of the Niagara River with easy access to both the 190 and 290 expressways "
