What's unique:Quiet neighborhood
Beautiful Home in a quiet neighborhood. Great areas for walking, a small local park and a swimming pool available for tenant use. Conveniently located very close E-470 with Southlands mall very close and a Target within walking Distance. Liberty Middle school is also within walking distance and very close to Grandview high school for kids.

We are open to leaving some an 80 inch 4k Sony TV with sound bar and a electric reclining couch for tenant use when you move in. The den has recently been carpeted and the hvac replaced within the last year.

1 year lease term. No smoking/humidifiers in the house.
Tenant will need to setup an excel energy, city of aurora water and Xfinity for internet, but pool usages is included in the rent.
