As it is bordered by 202 and Rt 23, it is easily accessible to King of Prussia (and interchanges for 476, 76, and other major roadways) and all of the amenities it provides. The area is quite walkable, with easy access to SEPTA bus routes as well as the Norristown High Speed Line, which interchanges with the MFL at 69th St Station.
