-10 min walk to Eastern Market metro (blue/orange line)
-17 min walk to union station (red line).
-12 blocks from the Capitol
-10 min walk to eastern market and H street corridor bars and restaurants
Transportation: Besides being metro accessible, there are bike share stations throughout the neighborhood, the D6 bus is 1 block away and the 96 bus is 2 blocks away (which serve union station and downtown DC). There is always plenty of available street parking - you just need to get a residential parking permit for Zone 6.
Amenities include: new washer and dryer in the unit, new HVAC system, new dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, updated bathroom, large closets in each bedroom, outside balcony which can fit a patio table and grill, and a fireplace.
If you have children, they are in-bounds for Maury Elementary.
