There is no other neighborhood in LEXington like Hartland. What makes it special? Might be the gorgeous landscaped median along the parkway. Might be all the mature trees that make it a great spot to walk or jog. Could be all the well maintained homes......just like this one. It offers everything you want in your Hartland home: Lots of space, lots of hardwood flooring (even upstairs), a nice big yard and a recently finished basement. I think there are several things that make this house appealing. On a practical note, it has a very flexible floor plan. It offers a total of 5 bedrooms spread across all 3 levels. Don't need 5 bedrooms? No worries, the main level & basement ones could be used for anything. The primary bathroom has been recently remodeled & has a larger than expected walk in closet. One upstairs secondary bedroom has a huge walk in closet. As you tour the home, you will be sure to notice how it has been updated but retained a lot of character like the stained wood crown molding and built in cabinets around the new gas logs in the family room. The roof is less than 1 year old. The clubhouse is right around the corner so it's an easy walk to the pool in the summer.
