They all seem to genuinely care about their students and the educational outcome of each child. Oftentimes, education is individualized, which means they recognize that each student learns at their own pace. The support from the staff has been overwhelmingly positive - I've had to work with the guidance counselor, secretaries, and the principal on several occasions.
