It has built up a lot over the last decade and housing is expensive compared to employment opportunities and the roads and infrastructure did not anticipate this growth."

Also, there are sufficient commercial properties in the Northwest so that most necessary transactions do not require travel outside of the neighborhood."

Lots of open space, but homesites are miniscule - great for those tired of weeding and lawn mowing! At 5200 ft, air is a bit thin, but no smog or pollution."
