I am 42 year old single female who works full-time Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (later a few days a week). I like to come home to relax, have dinner and watch TV on weeknights. I enjoy the beach, music, and spending time with friends on the weekends, but sometimes I just binge watching Netflix.

No smoking. No weed. No pets, no couples, and no overnight guests. Owner is sensitive to smells so no heavy perfume or incense.

Need to give at least 30 days notice for deposit refund.
