"No community events neighborhood is dirty and filled with homeless this apt complex is infested with roaches and rats landlords don’t fix anything but constantly raise the rent "
  • Mariagr209
"Theres a park here and for the most part it is safe. You don't hear about too much violence either going on in the park after hours but Im always hyperaware of my surroundings at night. Because it is more tucked away from the main streets, I like to let my dog off the leash to play fetch and I don't have to worry about any cars coming by too fast. There's always kids around so if your dogs very friendly with the kids they'll love the park. "
  • Julia E. .
"I'd seen people get murdered in front of my house , it's not safe to be walking at anytime of the day. "
  • marie r
"Quiet but not good area. In the apartment complex is fine but in the surrounding area is really bad with cars speeding and domestic disturbances."
  • Tremica74
"Good neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly, kids playing street. Grocery store nearby. School in the neighborhood. Park in walking distance"
  • Captain C.
"Stockton is the worst place I have ever lived. Dirty, full of criminals, drug addicts, and scum bags. People respect nothing here. I have seen so many people litter here. Trash everywhere!! I do not feel safe. Cant go on vacation because your house will be broken into. I hate it cant wait to leave."
