Late Fees

Only the following individuals may reside in the Premises:
No additional occupants without written approval.
Maintenance & Repairs
Tenant agrees to keep the Premises clean and in good condition and notify Landlord of any issues. Tenant is responsible for damages caused by negligence.
Pets
Pets allowed with approval and an additional $300 non-refundable pet fee and $25/month per pet.
Alterations
Tenant may not make any changes to the Premises without written consent from Landlord.
Prohibited Use
No illegal activity or disruptive behavior is permitted on the Premises.
Subleasing
Subleasing is not allowed without written consent from Landlord.

Early Termination
If Tenant terminates the lease early, Tenant agrees to pay an early termination fee of one month's rent ($2,940) and forfeit the security deposit.
