We love this place and lived there for 7 years. We moved only because we had the opportunity to move to a house.

It has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms and is in a great historic building and fun convenient vibrant neighborhood.

Available on immediately. $1800/month includes water and heat.

This building has a great gated common courtyard with grill and patio furniture and is
walking distance to museums, clubs, theaters, King Soopers, restaurants, shops, Denver Central Library, bars and parks.

Unit has nice character traits such as claw foot tub and built in book shelves.

The bedrooms are larger than they look in the pictures. That is a full sized bed and a king sized bed.
