This residence borders the historic Vollintine & Evergreen areas of Memphis and is minutes away from the Memphis Zoo and Rhodes College. Interior has been upgraded and comes with a dishwasher, refrigerator, washer & dryer. Has central air and heat and a spacious back yard. Has 2 bedrooms and a bonus room that can be utilized as a 3rd bedroom.

Renter is responsible for utilities (Electric, gas, water, internet, etc.). Lease is for 3+ years.
Pet fee is $500. Cost at move in is $2500 that includes 1st & last month's rent. Payment is accepted by Zelle or through the Zillow app. A security deposit will vary depending on credit score and previous rental history. Applicants with a 600 or above and no evictions/late payments in the last 7 years will not require a security deposit.
