Repaired replaced could be a >20K task, new wood floors thru out another 10K+or -, new our rationalized wiring ,( two circuits are shorted & a panel box of spaghetti wires ) might cost <15K , new paint <12K, new bath 20K , new kitchen 20K??? , new windows &doors 20K? It could be 120K, a more complete restoration could be more.
