About this House

Reference CHBO ID: 29694. Check our website for furnished rentals throughout the United States. Looking for a Morristown fully furnished home set up for an easy move-in process? This full brick ranch was completely remodeled in 2022 and comes turn-key with hardwood and tile floors throughout, central heating and air, and the basics already handled, including utilities, WiFi internet, cable TV, lawncare, and landscaping.

The home offers 1,800 square feet with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus multiple parking options: an attached carport, driveway parking, and an attached garage. There's also an EV charging port for anyone driving an electric car or a plug-in hybrid.

Step through the front door, and you'll enter a tiled entryway that keeps traffic and shoes contained. To the left, the living room is finished with warm hardwood floors, a comfortable sofa, and a flat-screen TV.

The kitchen has been fully remodeled and is designed for real-world cooking. Marble countertops pair with a white subway tile backsplash and modern soft-close cabinetry. All-black appliances tie into the overall look.

That same cabinetry and countertop style carries into the remodeled bathrooms, which keeps the home's updates consistent from room to room. With three bathrooms total, it's easier to manage shared schedules, especially for traveling professionals or families who don't want to rotate through one hallway bath.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a custom farmhouse headboard that includes built-in lighting. The second bedroom offers the same bed arrangement. The third bedroom provides additional flexibility for a dedicated office, guest room, or extra sleeping space, depending on your needs.

A washer and dryer are included, so guests don't need to worry about how they'll handle laundry. WiFi runs throughout the home, and cable TV is already in place.

Outside, the large Trex deck spans the back of the home, giving guests a place to enjoy the outdoors all year long. It's a great place for morning coffee, a meal outside, or a quiet break at the end of the day.

The location is also great for daily needs, whether that's grocery shopping or work. This Morristown fully furnished home is centrally located near shopping, the hospital and medical services, restaurants, and The Country Club of Morristown. Rent is $3,500 per month. For stays 3 months or less, the security/cleaning/damage deposit is $1,000. Once the property is vacated it will be cleaned and inventoried and the unused portion of the security/cleaning/damage deposit will be returned within 30 days. For stays longer than 3 months, the security/cleaning/damage deposit is $3,500.

  • Eggertju
"I've met most of my neighbors and are friendly. Next door neighbor mowes area hard for me to mow. Wish neighbor dogs would potty in their own yard, but I'm glad they are nice. Nice area to live. "
  • Shepherdproductions
"Morristown, and in particular Windsor Place, is a terrific place to live. The homes are terrific, the neighbors are friendly-but still respect your privacy, and the entire subdivision is well-maintained, lighted and secure. The area's economy is coming back after a couple of very tough years, and we're seeing new construction. There are terrific recreational opportunities only minutes away, and it's less than an hour to the hottest shopping and tourism areas on the edge of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Boating, camping, fishing, hiking, biking, birding, you name it, there are opportunities here. If you're a higher-income family, Tennessee has no state income tax and the sales taxes, while high, aren't out of sight compared with Alabama or even Kentucky. You're minutes off the interstate, but seem far away from the pressures of the big city. At the same time, you have a very good public utility with a fiber backbone and solid services for work or business. It's small-town life with a proximity to bigger-city amenities. "
  • Memineme1
"Close to all shopping, golf course, hospitals and 24 hour Phx"
  • Kdarrellwilliams
"I have lived here for 21 years and love it. It is home sweet home. So much to do with the community and churches"
  • Rb27nh3
"Great location for family. Close to Morristown and shops and Jefferson City as well. Hamblin county schools."
