"they would like the trails/streets you can walk that loop around for an active dog , but there is a lot of traffic on those roads and not many sidewalks on neighborhood streets you would walk along side of the road , no parks near by so you would travel some if wanting to take your dog to the park ect."

"Mature trees and an HOA that does not deliver. Lawns aren’t mowed, cars are allowed to park on the street on hills/curves, cars are allowed to speed through our curvy hilly neighborhood, homes are falling apart, the walking trail isn’t maintained, neighborhood pools are not maintained nor is the clubhouse."

"This pet friendly neighborhood is safe, private and beautiful. Close access to Tulsa Hills, highways, parks for the kids to play, the library and several restaurants. You can be as connected or isolated as you desire - I enjoy living here. "

"Depending on the building, it’s pretty quiet most days after 5pm. On non-eventful weekends streets are safe enough for morning jogs around the city. There are some unhoused that walk the streets but most are neighborly. "

"There are no neighborhood events. If there are, they’re not advertised. Even when the city brings out dumpsters, we normally don’t know ahead of time. "

"It is very quiet and quaint. No problems that I have seen. You may see the occasional deer or even snake. Neighborhood is very walkable to walk dogs and have kids outside to feel safe"

"I’ve lived here for about 5 years. This is a very quiet neighborhood, we don’t really see our neighbors very much and when we do they are always very friendly. The landscape is well maintained also, and looks very nice. A peaceful neighborhood for a walk."
