Lawns aren’t mowed, cars are allowed to park on the street on hills/curves, cars are allowed to speed through our curvy hilly neighborhood, homes are falling apart, the walking trail isn’t maintained, neighborhood pools are not maintained nor is the clubhouse."

"I’ve lived here for about 5 years. This is a very quiet neighborhood, we don’t really see our neighbors very much and when we do they are always very friendly. The landscape is well maintained also, and looks very nice. A peaceful neighborhood for a walk."

"Older neighborhood that is gentrifying quickly with a mix of renovated homes and some that are rough around the edges but are mostly owned by the older population or hardworking families. Library and nice park nearby."
