Welcome home! Relax and get cozy - this abode features two bedrooms, a main living room, work space, a full bathroom, and hardwood floors throughout. Centrally located, and a couple blocks off of Pershing, this location makes it convenient to get around Cheyenne easily.

LIVING: Feel like you're at home in the serene living room. Cast all of your favorite shows from your phone to the Roku Smart TV or login to your preferred streaming app. Work remotely with ease in the dedicated office area with Wi-Fi speeds up to 500mbps. You have your own private in-unit washer and dryer to use as needed.

BEDROOMS: Each bedroom has a queen size bed accompanied by bedside tables and ceiling fans. The full bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and is accessed in the hallway.

KITCHEN: The kitchen comes fully equipped, including a coffee maker for those early risers. Utensils, bake wear, pots/pans are provided if you are up for cooking a meal. If not, Pershing Plaza is a mile up the street. You can visit our favorite spot to eat - The Office!

PETS: There is a $35 pet fee per month/per pet - max 2 pets. We required a $500 refundable pet deposit.

PARKING: Unit A comes with one dedicated parking spot on site in front of the garage for this top unit. Otherwise, all street parking is free, pick your favorite spot.

EXTENDED STAYS: We designed this space to be perfect for a corporate business travelers, traveling nurses, or seasonal workers who are on assignment calling Cheyenne home for a short while.
