The neighborhood is tucked away and not visible from the two main roads. It is quaint, quiet and very clean which is in a top school district. The home is fully stocked and fully furnished. Utilities included in the monthly price (minus electricity). This home has lots of natural light, 3 bedrooms plus a loft with a queen size futon, a spacious kitchen with new beautiful granite countertops and new appliances, and a roomy laundry room with washer and dryer. The backyard is larger than most townhome backyards but no worries for the renter, all yardwork is included in the monthly $3,000 monthly price. 20 minutes from the medical district and the university. 25 minutes from Ft. Gordon.

Owner pays all utilities (Electricity- up to $175/month). Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Rental must be at least 6 months but can be longer.
