This house has been partially remodeled throughout with nice updated touches. The floors have been buffed, cleaned and waxed on 4/24/24 ready for new tenant. The house is roomy: The floor-plan flows nicely throughout and feels spacious. There is a nice size dining room for traditional family dinners, and a beautiful marble breakfast nook for extra space for guests to eat at on Christmas and Thanksgiving (or) you can put chairs there for fun conversation with the chef while she or he is cooking. The kitchen opens into the dining area so you can talk to family or guest while showing off your inner chef skills. There is a two door stainless steel refrigerator with filtered water and ice cubes for the coming summer ahead. The house recently has had touch up paint throughout.

The yard has two freshly planted (pink flowered) apricot trees, flowers, flowerbeds, and lush grass lawn. If you don't mind watering a yard this will fit you just fine. There is good solar lighting in front and back yard for nicely lit areas around the house.

There is a recently remodeled guesthouse in back that can be rented together with the front house for an additional $850. per month. Please ask about water use if both units are rented simultaneously. *This unit is currently (off market) until last touches are finished... This would be ideal for a parent(s), an adult child, aunt or friend. There is a separate application required, and of course, qualifying process.

One year lease required. First months rent and security deposit to be provided at rental lease signing. There is a $250. (per pet) pet fee required at signing.

No smoking or vaping in the house.

Parking in designated areas: This will be explained during showing.

Tenant(s) are responsible for all their utilities.
Note: There is a guesthouse in the back of house, and is not included. However, if you have a family member who needs their own space the unit is available currently for $850 a month.     "There is a lot of history and some charm, however with the freeways close by and the amount of alley ways that are present in about 95% of the properties; this area gets a lot of homeless, dumpster divers, gang bangers and scouts on the look out for burgarlizing homes. we have to be very vigilant when it comes to our exterior and the back of our home due to very unsafe and unpatroled alley ways."
