The home is located in a quiet and peaceful manufactured home community in Oxford AL, close to I-20 exit 185. Steps from shopping and restaurants!

Application fee is $50 per adult. You need to make income that is 3x of rent. No eviction/bankruptcy/criminal history in the past 5 years. If you plan to rent it out, you don't need to apply.

Tenants pay electricity and trash. Water/Sewer/Landscaping included in rent. Water and Sewer will be billed back to tenants at a later time.

2 pets maximum. One time $150 pet registration fee per animal and $25 monthly pet fee. Aggressive breed such as pit bull or husky are not allowed. If tenant buys the home for cash, the pet fee is waived.

For rental, $300 per month if tenants maintain the home. Need first month rent and one month security deposite to move in.

    "I used to live in this area also and I stayed for years. I love the area and I also think that it is a great place to live and raise kids. For the person who left the blog about the black widows, maybe that was just your house that was taken over, because no one I know in the area had problems with spiders and I stayed in the area for over 10 years and never heard gunfire. I would recommend this area to anyone raising kids or who just want peace and quiet. Great subdivision. Two thumbs up!!!"
